An unexpressed dress code is found amongst the French women which requires a daily glazing. From the streets of Paris we have observed the SS18 fashion shows were not dissolved. All the events were aligned with global fashion shows and the runways were amazing.
French styled Home interiors have inspired a few designer wears of the season. We can observe patterns from sofa prints, wall decals and other patterns around the house. From the left: Loewe’s sofa-fringe ups draped around a black string blouse and shorts paired with golden leather shoes, Maison Margiela’s tapestry bodiced white shirt paired with a skirt, Louis Vuitton’s brocade jacket paired with white satin boxer shorts and a pair of sneakers.
Shorts were powered by heavy classic jackets. From left From left: Dior displayed a drive up shorts with cross line print windbreaker jacket; Prada came in with a retro look with cotton cargo shorts and a sleeveless striped shirt, olive-drab shorts looked sophisticated with a gold-trimmed blazer and a polka dot blouse at Saint Laurent.
Flying in a to and fro motion from the Model’s movement, the fringes that designers brought in were elegantly attracting everyone. From left: Paco Rabanne’s white turtleneck gown, Céline’s kicky khaki halter-neck gown and Calvin Klein pompom chemise in green and white were all with fringes.
Other Highlights :
- Jil sander featured Luke meier designs. This is the first time JS has featured her designs.
- The entire ramp show of Paris fashion week, took place in the shadow of the Eiffel Tower. Models shinned in their precious designs by top designers.
